When a customer has a complaint, our procedure is as follows. The manager Jeff Friday speaks with the customer and tries to resolve the problem. If the customer is not satified, they will speak with the board president and if the customer is stll not satified, they can come to the montly board meeting and speak with the whole board. All complaints will be kept for a minimium of 5 years.
